Japan, 18th c. Height 9.5 cm.
Decorated on black lacquer (roiro) ground in gold, silver, brown and black hira- and takamakie, kinpun and kirikane with hunters on horseback next to a pine tree. Shell-shaped netsuke carved with Okame chasing away a demon with beans. Ivory ojime signed Mitsuhiro.
