AN INRO BY KOMA KORYU DEPICTING A PAIR OF MANDARIN DUCKS.

Japan, 19th c. Length 8 cm.
Four-case. A floating female oshidori and a male duck on a plum tree branch in hira- und takamakie, kirikane, rôgin, togidashi and mura-nashiji on kinji ground. Signed Koma Kôryû saku. Ivory netsuke in form of been pods, unsigned. Coral ojime.
