LACQUER SEWING CASE,
probably England, mid-19th century.
Brown lacquer, engraved with garlands and a butterfly. Gilt brass mounts. The interior lined with red leather, with thimble, a pair of scissors, knife, hook, etc., in metal and ivory. Small chips.
6x4.4x10.5 cm.
