PAIR OF FAIENCE PARROT EWERS

Glienitz or Proskau, ca. 1770.
Each bird perched on a branch that forms the handle of the ewer and rests on a round tree stump. Painted in bright colors, green, yellow and ochre. Each head modeled separately as a removable lid. Without mark.
H 25.5 cm.
