Baroque, probably German, 17th century and later.
Walnut, carved with tendrils, scrolls, acanthus leaves, caryatids, shells, masks, etc. Rectangular body with hinged cover, on a stepped base. Lateral forged-iron carrying handles. Iron lock and mounts. Later bronze mounts. Interior lined with modern blue paper. 1 key.
