PLATE WITH BRANCH PATTERN, Meissen, circa 1735.Painted with spray of peonies and flowering prunus branches and butterflies in underglaze blue, iron red, green, sea green and yellow. With underglaze blue double ring and iron red lattice border, with reserves of flowering branches on the sides. Underglaze blue sword mark and painter's mark K. D 22 cm. The enamel colours and gilding slightly rubbed in places. Provenance: from a private collection, Solothurn
