PARCEL-GILT COPPER FIGURE OF STANDING GODDESS (Tara or Lakshmi). Nepal, ca. 17th century. H 14.5 cm. From a Swiss private collection

(Tara oder Lakshmi). In Tribhanga stehende Figur mit Aureole hinter dem Kopf. Die Hände zeigen die Geste der Wunschgewährung und des Argumentierens, neben der linken Schulter erblüht eine Blume. Teilweise vergoldetes Kupfer. Nepal, ca. 17. Jh. H 14,5 cm.
