SMALL FIGURE OF A STREET VENDOR SELLING LOTS, ZURICH, CIRCA 1770.Form 179. Underglaze blue mark Z and 2 dots, impressed marks K:3. H 10.5 cm. Restorations. Provenance: art gallery, Zurich, 1964. Literature: Felber 1973, p.13. Comparable pieces: Ducret 1944, ill.19; Ducret II, ill.162; Schnyder von Wartensee 1975, No. 154; Schwarzenbach 1974, Lot 97.

Form 179. Stehend mit einem Schlegel in der linken Hand eine grosse Trommel schlagend, deren Deckel mit Glückszahlen und vergoldeten Zeigern bemalt und appliziert, mit Dreispitz, hellbrauner Jacke über eisenrot gesäumter Weste und hellblauen Kniebundhosen und schwarzen Schuhen, auf quadratischem Sockel. Unterglasurblaue Marke Z und 2 Punkte, Pressmarken K:3. H 10,5 cm. Restaurierungen.
