SMALL WORK TABLE, so-called "table à écrire",Louis XV, attributed to BVRB (Bernard II Van Risenburgh, maitre 1735), Paris circa 1760. Tulipwood, amaranth and "bois de bout" finely inlaid with flowers, cartouches and frieze. The top edged in bronze, with 1 drawer to the side and exceptionally fine matte and polished gilt bronze mounts and sabots. 74x45x73 cm. Provenance: from a European collection.
