AMITHAYUS.Sino-Tibetan, 18th century H 20.5 cm. Gilt copper alloy. The vessel with the elixir of life is missing.

Tibetochinesisch, 18. Jh. H 20,5 cm.
Feuervergoldete Kupferlegierung. Er sitzt auf einem rechteckigen Thronsockel, über dessen vordere Mitte ein Tuch in Falten herabfällt. Eine Flammenaureole umschliesst die versunkene Gestalt. Das Gefäss mit dem Lebenselixier ist verloren.
