CAMPANA RELIEF,Roman, 1st century AD. Orange coloured fired clay with remains of old paint. With depiction of Nike, with palmette frieze with garlands and double scrolls. H 20 cm, W 30 cm. Provenance: - Galerie Arete, Zürich. - from a French private collection, acquired in 1973.

Orangefarbener, gebrannter Ton mit Resten der alten Bemalung. Darstellung der geflügelten Nike im Profil, mit der rechten Hand das Gewand hochhebend, darüber ein Palmettenfries mit Girlande und Doppelvoluten. H 20 cm, B 30 cm.
