GREEN TARA.Sino-Tibetan, 18th century H 18.5 cm. Gilt bronze, the hair painted in blue. Plinth not closed.

Tibetochinesisch, 18.Jh. H 18,5 cm.
Feuervergoldete Bronze, die Haare blau gefasst. Den rechten Fuss auf einer Lotosblüte ruhend, hält die Göttin die Hände in varada- und vitarka-mudra, den Kopf anmutig geneigt. An ihren Schultern entfalten sich zwei üppige Lotosblumen. Sockel unverschlossen.
