PAIR OF PAINTED CANDLE HOLDERS,Baroque, German, 18/19th century Richly carved wood with putti, cartouches, flowers, leaves and frieze, painted in light grey and with traces of old gilding. H 99 cm. Provenance: Private collection, Brissago.

Barock, deutsch, 18./19. Jh.
Holz reich beschnitzt mit Putten, Kartuschen, Blumen, Blättern und Zierfries sowie hellgrau gefasst und mit Resten der alten Vergoldung. Balusterförmiger Schaft mit randprofiliertem Blatt auf markant geschweiftem Dreifuss. H 99 cm.
