SET OF 6 PAINTED CHAIRS "A LA REINE",Louis XV, probably Genoa circa 1760. Carved wood painted blue/green. Beige fabric covers. 55x48x46x102.5 cm. Provenance: - From an English private collection. - Christie's London auction on 14.3.2005 (Lot No. 157). - Private collection, Switzerland. A fine, high quality set.

Louis XV, wohl Genua um 1760.
Holz beschnitzt mit Blumen, Kartuschen und Zierfries sowie blau/grün gefasst. Geschweifter, trapezförmiger Sitz auf wellig ausgeschnittener Zarge mit geschweiften Beinen. Flache, jochförmig abschliessende Rückenlehne. Beiger Stoffbezug. Fassung mit Fehlstellen. 55x48x46x102,5 cm.
