AN INLAID BRONZE BOX AND COVER.

Japan, late 19th c. 21 × 17 × 10 cm.
Decorated in gold, silver, copper, shibuichi and shakudô zôgan with Gyoran Kannon on ther back of a large carp and two demons. The cover bearing engraved signature, the base signed Kyôto Inoue sei and sealed Fusahiro (Fusahiro for Inoue Company of Kyôto).
