GOYA, FRANCESCO DE (Fuendetodos 1746 - 1828 Bordeaux).Fran. Goya Y Lucientes, Pintor (Self-portrait), 1799. From: Los Caprichos. Etching and aquatint on laid paper without watermark. 21.2 x 15.3 cm, Sheet size 30.5 x 21 cm (unevenly cut). Delteil 38; Harris 36 III, after 4. edition (of 12). – The title page of the series in very fine, strong and clear impression with broad margin. The upper margin with minor browning, and some traces of handling. Verso remains of old mount. Overall good condition.

Delteil 38; Harris 36 III, nach 4. Auflage (von 12). - Das Titelblatt der Folge in einem sehr schönen, kräftigen und klaren Druck mit breitem Rand. Am oberen Rand minim gebräunt, wenige Gebrauchsspuren. Verso Reste alter Montierung. Insgesamt gut erhalten.
