Japan, Meiji period, W. 31.8 cm.
Satsuma ware with polychrome painting and gold. The interior is decorated with a helmeted warrior in the middle of a group of Rakan, the edge with brocade patterns and flowers. The outer wall is decorated with shells in relief.
