Napoleon III, in the style of Louis XVI, France, 19th century.
Burgundy / brown marble with white veins, fluted. On a gilt bronze plinth, decorated with laurel frieze and scrolled feet. Upper part with lamp, fitted for electricity. Light fabric shade.
