IMPORTANT TABLE ORNAMENT "A LA PAGODA", Louis XV, the figure and plaques after J.J. KAENDLER (Johann Joachim Kaendler, 1706-1775), the flowers probably from the Vincennes factory, the bronze probably from a Paris master workshop, circa 1760. Porcelain boy with movable head. Porcelain plaques with idealized park landscapes and gallant scenes after J.A. Watteau. The figure minimally repaired, smaller chips. H 47 cm. Provenance: - Important private collection, Switzerland. - Sotheby's Zurich Auction on 10.12.1996 (Lot No. 358). - Private collection, Kusnacht (ZH). - Galerie Koller Auction on 8.9.1999 (Lot No. 1599). - From a highly important European private collection.

Louis XV, die Figur und Plaketten nach J.J. KAENDLER (Johann Joachim Kaendler, 1706-1775), die Blumen wohl aus der Manufaktur Vincennes, die Bronze wohl aus einer Pariser Meisterwerkstatt, um 1760.
Auf geschweiftem, parkettiertem Sockel mit Volutenfüssen stehender polychromer Knabe in chinesischer Tracht mit beweglichem Kopf, unter reich gestaltetem Pagodenaufbau mit bunten Blüten und Plaketten mit idealisierten Parklandschaften und galanten Szenen nach J.A. Watteau. Die Figur etwas repariert, kleinere Bestossungen. H 47 cm.
