PAINTED CONSOLE,Louis XV, Würzburg circa 1750. Pierced and richly carved wood painted in grey. The shaped top painted "en faux marbre. Requires restoration . 87x50x74 cm. Provenance: - Galerie Almas, Munich . - from an important German private collection.

Louis XV, Würzburg um 1750.
Holz durchbrochen und reich beschnitzt mit Kartuschen, Blumen, Blättern und Zierfries sowie grau gefasst. Geschweifte, profilierte und "en faux marbre" bemalte Platte auf durchbrochener, wellig ausgeschnittener Zarge mit durch Kartuschensteg verbundenen Volutenstützen. Zu restaurieren. 87x50x74 cm.
