ENAMEL AND NATURAL PEARL NECKLACE WITH PENDANT, probably Spain, 16th century. Yellow gold. Very decorative Late Renaissance necklace with a crucifix pendant. The links designed with flowers and volutes finely enamelled in white, light blue and black, the front additionally decorated with 18 natural pearl pendants of ca. 3.9 to 6.1 mm. The lower part of rock crystal with 3 pearl pendants and an appliqued figure of Christ on the Cross enamelled in white, the back featuring a Madonna with Child in red, blue and white. Clasp decorated with open-worked Pillars of Hercules enamelled in light blue/white. L ca. 39 cm. With GPL Report No. 06904, December 2012.

Sehr dekoratives Spätrenaissance-Collier mit Kruzifix-Anhänger. Die floral, bzw. mit Voluten gestaltete Glieder fein emailliert in Weiss, Hellblau und Schwarz und auf der Schauseite zusätzlich verziert mit 18 Naturperlen-Pendentifs von ca. 3,9 bis 6,1 mm. Als Abschluss einen Kreuzanhänger aus Bergkristall mit 3 Perlen-Pendentifs und eine applizierte Christus-Figur am Kreuz in Weiss emailliert bzw. auf der Rückseite Madonna-Figur mit Kind in Rot, Blau und Weiss. Verschluss verziert mit durchbrochen gearbeiteten, in Hellblau/Weiss emaillierten Herkulessäulen. L ca. 39 cm.
