LARGE SEARCH LIGHT.
France, mid-20th century. Inscribed MAZDA INFRANOR P1000.
Sheet metal and cast iron, later painted black, the electrical fitting altered. Were used for illuminating important monuments in Paris from the 1950s up to the 1970s.
