GREEN HORN CLOCK,Louis XV, the dial and movement signed JULIEN LE ROY A PARIS (Julien II Le Roy, maitre 1713), Paris circa 1760. Green horn and gilt bronze. Bronze dial with 24 enamel cartouches as well a 1 central cartouche for the signature. Verge escapement striking the 1/2 hours on bell. Rich bronze mounts and applications. 48x25x119 cm.

Grünes Horn und vergoldete Bronze. Geschweiftes Gehäuse mit Blüten- und Blätteraufsatz auf sich nach unten verjüngendem Sockel. Bronzezifferblatt mit 24 Emailkartuschen für römische Stunden- und arabische Minutenzahlen sowie 1 Zentralkartusche für die Signatur. Spindelwerk mit 1/2-Stundenschlag auf Glocke. Reiche Bronzebeschläge und -applikationen. 48x25x126 cm.
