A GILT AND LACQUERED BRONZE FIGURE OF A STANDING BUDDHA WITH PARASOL. Thailand, 19th c. 60 cm (without parasol). Painted in parts. Brittle. Added wood base.

Thailand, 19. Jh. 60 cm (ohne Schirm).
Bronze mit Gold- über Schwarzlack. Die rechte ist zur Abhaya Mudra erhoben, die linke Hand hängt entlang der Gewandlinie des reich verzierten Kleides herunter. Der Sockel ist mehrfach getreppt. Lack teilw. brüchig. Mit Holzsockel ergänzt.
