Curb-chain necklace, with an older decorative part set with 1 lozenge-shaped Ceylon sapphire weighing ca. 3.50 ct, unheated, and additionally decorated with 27 diamonds totaling ca. 0.50 ct. Traces of a finding on the back. L ca. 45.5 cm.
