PAIR OF IMPORTANT JARDINIERES "LA MARCHE TRIOMPHALE DE BACCHUS",Louis XVI style, one signed BOUDET 43 vol DES CAPUCINES PARIS (active there from 1886), Paris circa 1890. Gilt and burnished bronze. Exceptionally rich, relief decoration with the triumphal procession of Bacchus. Slightly different. H 84 cm, D 40 cm.

Vergoldete bzw. brünierte Bronze. Runder, leicht ausladender, mit Girlanden und Mäander verzierter Korpus mit grossen seitlichen Satyrköpfen und 4 eingerollten Volutenstützen, auf x-förmigem Sockel. Die Wandung ausserordentlich reich reliefiert mit Triumphzug des Bacchus. Leicht unterschiedlich. H 84 cm, D 40 cm.
