CARVED WALNUT BUREAU,Renaissance, Northern Italy, 17th century With 4 drawers at the front, the top drawer forming a fall-front writing surface enclosing a fitted interior with compartments and drawers. With bronze and wooden knobs. 154x60x(open 98)x90 cm.

Nussbaum fein beschnitzt mit Rocaillen, Blättern und Zierfries. Rechteckiger Korpus mit aufklappbarem, vorstehendem Blatt und abgerundeten Eckstollen auf wellig ausgeschnittenem Sockel. Front mit 4 Schubladen, die oberste abklappbar und eine Schreibfläche bildend. Inneneinteilung mit bogenförmig ausgeschnittenem Zentralfach, flankiert von je 4 Schubladen auf 2 Reihen. Bronze- und Holzknöpfe. 154x60x(offen 98)x90 cm.
