PAINTED CHEST OF DRAWERS,Louis XV, South German , probably Munich, mid 18th century Finely carved wood painted in white and gold. With shaped front and legs, two drawers and gold painted iron mounts. 100x62x82 cm. Provenance: Private collection, Zurich .

Louis XV, süddeutsch, wohl München, Mitte 18. Jh.
Holz fein beschnitzt mit Kartuschen und Zierfries sowie weiss/golden gefasst. Geschweifter, trapezförmiger Korpus mit vorstehendem Blatt auf wellig ausgeschnittener Zarge mit geschweiften Beinen. Mehrfach geschweifte Front mit 2 Schubladen. Goldgefasste Eisenbeschläge. 100x62x82 cm.
