Decorative, lozenge-shaped pendant, the middle set with 1 drop-cut Burma ruby of ca. 2.50 ct, untreated, set throughout with 28 old European cut diamonds weighing ca. 0.90 ct, additionally decorated with 5 small flexibly mounted baroque Oriental pearls.
