PAINTED COMMODE, Louis XV, Sicily, Palermo ca. 1760. Wood, shaped and painted all around. 2 drawers, bronze mounts. Shaped grey/pink speckled marble top, not original. 122x55x99 cm. Provenance: - from a private collection, Suisse romande.

Louis XV, Palermo um 1760.
Holz profiliert sowie allseitig gefasst; auf dunkelblauem Fond feine Kartuschen mit Blumen, Blättern und Zierfries. Geschweifter, trapezförmiger Korpus auf wellig ausgeschnittener Zarge mit geschweiften Beinen. In der Mitte gebauchte Front mit 2 Schubladen ohne Traverse. Bronzebeschläge. Ersetzte und profilierte, grau/rosa gesprenkelte Marmorplatte. 122x55x99 cm.
